The police have also recorded statement of an eyewitness who had seen the two suspects attacking Kaushal outside his real estate office in Kalyaninagar on April 8.
Kaushal had complained to the police that the attack on him was planned by the builder as the Pune Municipal Corporation had issued a stop work notice to an alleged illegal construction carried out by the builder at following a complaint filed by him (Kaushal).
